Top Secret America: Google Launches Cover Up Of ‘Google Spies’ Story Steve Watson Prisonplanet.com Tuesday, Jul 20th, 2010 The ongoing saga with Google censorship has continued today as it emerged that once again the search engine giant removed a key term from it’s trends pages. Alex Jones yesterday asked his readers and listeners to send the term ‘Google spies’ to the top of the trends charts in the latest effort to fight back against the company’s censorship of his films on YouTube. The term related to a story we prepared detailing how Google is intimately linked with US intelligence and has a history of censorship and surveillance. Within a short time the term had hit the top spot with the “volcanic” status added (see below — click for enlargement). As you can see, the effect of the term being pushed to the top of the trends charts is that bloggers and journalists pick up the story and begin to document it. A snowball effect ensues and millions of people all over the world are more likely to be directed toward the story. However, within half an hour the term had been completely removed by Google and resulted in no news story links. These actions replicated Google’s activity in the days beforehand when it removed other terms such as ‘The Obama Deception’, ‘Infowars’, ‘Fall of the Republic’ and ‘Google Censorship’ — which had all become some of the most searched topics on the internet. @stryeker There is A giant uprising in the media, because people have begun to realize siding with A NWO is A deathwish unless you are one of very few elite who see themselves as the bloodline that will “save us”. I’ve made Scroogle and Startpage as my new search engines. Only using Google to search Alex’s videos and websites.
At least Scroogle and Startpage seem to be for anonymous search (or not logging the search results). Hoping they are for real. Anyway they are better than Google.

@imgdumpprep It’s not about a Big Shiny Red Button that someone can push and shout it all down. It’s about legislation that allows ISP’s to be held responsible for content traffic (and we’re not talking about child pornography), filtering and manipulation, licensing requirements, fairness doctrines to be applied to the ‘net. It will be both insidious and invidious. Death by a thousand cuts, loss of freedom by fractions of an inch not miles.

@mcap52 no, it’s not, but the logistics required to “shut down the internet” are incredibly complicated. you can’t just press a button and have it all shut down. that’s pure fairy tales. it would require massive government takeovers of multiple ISP’s and IP traffic control centers.

Jones clearly doesn’t understand how the internet works, and I think that plays a part in his paranoia. But while I don’t trust google or the government, they are both incapable of shutting off the internet, and are equally incapable of dealing with the consequences.

I just checked my facebook page,and every utube video i shared to it that has anything to do with Alex Jones has been wiped out.Plus my friend list went from 29 to2.Is there somewhere else i can share your videos.I have a lot of your videos on my utube channel.
