I could never write fast enough on my old phones with dial-pad. (Its sooo tiny buttons…) But I like the landscape on-screen keykoard on Nokia 5800. (Biiig buttons on the dial-pad, but i hate dial-pads… Reminds me of calling someone…)
Looking forward to using Nokia N900 when i get it.

Until my N79 srceen died I was still loving physical T9 keyboard. I now have a 5230 (free voice-guided turn-by-turn sat-nav!) and find the landscape and portrait T9 inputs can’t keep up with the rate I tcouh type at :-( Although this is a resistive touch screen, not capacative, which would probably be better for this? Phoneage FTW, get well soon dude!

I prefer using the Alphanumeric keyboard. I can type using that keyboard with my eyes closed and i can beat all of joo! haha. But i type faster with the landscape QWERTY. Why i can beat most people in typing speed? I live in the text capital of the world FTW

BTW, nice video as always :D

I prefer qwerty physical keyboards. But thinking it, if you are able to use both hands, the landscape qwerty keyboard is faster. And if you can’t use both hands at the same time to type, then portrait qwerty keyboard is the best choice. So, knowing that is best having both (portrait and landscape qwerty keyboards), the on-screen keyboard becomes usefull ’cause you can choose between landscape or portrait any time.

    So… I choose the on-screen qwerty keyboard.

Thank for more 4g info, and landscape FTW.
My landscape style is stronger than your portrait QWERTY style. ( Said in best Chinese accent )

@cardcrash2444 In my opinion.. yes, a resistive screen can get annoying, as I am use to capacitive :) . Its all preference though
